Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible to correspond / coordinate independently to importers / exporters / shippers / liners / transporters / overseas agents / statutory authorities.
- Responsible to prepare / segregate documents – shipping bills / bill of entry / EDI annexure / online filing.
- Responsible to collect the required documents from importers/exporters/liners/transporters.
- Responsible to take copies of xerox and preparing office file for post imports / exports.
- Any other job or special tasks that the company may assign from time to time.
Qualifications
- Minimum school education is a plus.
- If candidate is able to speak multiple languages (english, tamil, kanada, telugu, hindi is a plus).
- Two wheeler must with DL.
